Granulates
The production programme of granulates comprises zeolite compounds and premixes, which are used in the production of detergents and DRYSIL® dried silicates. Granulates are characterised by good flowability and high granule stability, which in turn means a greater stability in various processes.
Joined under the DRYSIL® brand, Silkem offers a broad range of soluble dried silicates of various molar ratios, bulk densities and shapes (powder, granules). The main component of zeolite compounds is zeolite 4A, which is enhanced with other components, thus ensuring greater bulk density and greater size of granules.
The production of premixes for detergents is based on a zeolite and silicate basis to which various wash-active substances are added. Premixes are compact granulates, which are appropriate for the production of detergents with dry mixing.
